About Anthony
My name is Anthony.
I am a Certified Weight Management Practitioner as well as a competitive open water swimmer and qualified development coach. My diet and lifestyle keeps me in top form and it has helped me win medals in open water swimming including 3 gold medals in 5 and 10 kilometre Open Water swims.
I have been health coaching since 2017. I effortlessly maintain my physique all year around with a routine that anyone can follow.
What I promote not only helps you control your weight but also your health. I was on medication for high blood pressure for 10 years of my life. Doctors never mentioned diet. When I started my health journey it only took 3 weeks for me to get my blood pressure down to normal levels and get off the medication.
What I teach works, and it is backed by the academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

I teach clients about calorie density and foods that promote satiety. I mostly do online coaching but I can take you shopping and even do cooking demonstrations.
I have a Certificate 4 in weight management. I completed my course in 2017 and since then I have been helping clients meet their health and weight goals.
