Scheduling: Please agree on a time and date for the first session before purchasing my contact details (past negative feedback resulted from this).

Mileage Policy: £1 per mile (minimum £5) for travel, covering both time and fuel. Distance is calculated as a return journey.

Online Tuition: Payment must be made 72 hours in advance via bank transfer. If the session is disconnected after 15 minutes for any reason by the student, the full session fee applies.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with less than four days' notice will be charged in full.

Annual Rate Review: Rates are reviewed annually in September.

DBS Certificate: Available upon request during the first session.
