I believe adult learners learn best in a supportive, respectful, and confidence-building environment. I understand that many adults feel nervous about speaking English, so my lessons are calm, encouraging, and adapted to each learner’s pace and goals.
My teaching is learner-centred and practical, focusing on real-life English for everyday communication, work, or study. Lessons include speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with clear explanations, guided practice, and gentle correction. For IELTS learners, I also teach exam techniques, structure, and time management.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are taught one-to-one. I am a qualified TESOL and TEFL teacher with IELTS certification and supervised teaching practice, experienced in teaching adult ESOL learners.
My lessons are for adults (18+), from beginner to intermediate level, including those returning to learning or preparing for IELTS. I aim to make learning English positive, practical, and empowering.
