About Iyaji
I am a hardworking and driven Individual who isn't afraid to facea challenge. I am passionate about my work and know how to get the job done. I would describe my self as as open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading people and true to be fair in anything I do. I have this interest in teaching because of my high school literature in English teacher's impact on my life. It was his sense of warmth and acceptance he provided that inspired me to become a teacher, and it was also how he took the time to explain the material in a way that made sense not only to me but everyone in the class which helped me understand that every form of intelligence is equally valuable. I want to be that person that others can lean on as they navigate the rough waters of growing up. There is no job more important than teaching the future leaders of our world the information they need to know, but more importantly showing them their worth, potential and ability to form their own opinions by thinking critically and observing the world around them.

My goal is to encourage and train students to build study habits at school and at home. I include discussions during my class and try to build cooperation between the students so that they can exchange their own ideas and understand different perspectives of the same content.
