My approach is student-focused, student-led, following the needs and learning style of the individual. I like to get to know a student, find out what makes them tick, helps them learn. I like to base lessons loosely around the following structure: something new to capture interest, some recap, some practice integrating the new learning with structure/ learning aids, something a little less prescriptive/ fewer aids and finally a plenary, recapping new learning.
