About Anastasia
Hi! My name is Anastasia, and I’m a qualified teacher from the UK with several years of teaching experience. I hold a PGCE in Secondary Education, a Master’s degree in Education and a TEFL qualification. I have taught both in the UK and internationally, including spending two years teaching in China.
I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and making lessons feel supportive, engaging and enjoyable. I enjoy adapting my teaching style to suit each student, whether they want to improve their conversational English, grammar, pronunciation, reading or general confidence.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy travelling, learning about different cultures, creative projects and beauty. I’m friendly, patient and easy to talk to, and I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions while they learn.

My lessons are **friendly, structured and tailored to you**. I adapt each session around your goals, confidence level and preferred way of learning, so you never feel like you are following a one-size-fits-all course.
For **Greek and English (ESL)**, lessons can focus on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing. I use practical examples and real-life situations so you can build confidence using the language naturally.
For **Social Sciences**, including Politics, Citizenship and related subjects, I can support you with subject knowledge, essay writing, exam technique, revision and breaking down difficult topics into clear, manageable steps.
I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and progressing at your own pace. Lessons can be adapted for complete beginners, school students, adult learners or anyone wanting to improve their confidence and knowledge.
