About Samuel
I am an enthusiastic and approachable tutor with over 10 years experience working in education. I have taught in Japan, in secondary schools and colleges in the UK and currently at a UK university.
I am very experienced teaching academic skills as this is also part of my role withing a university alongside having successfully completed a Masters Degree in Education, Teaching and Learning.
I bring this knowledge and experience to students and share it with an engaging and accessible approach.

I am a fully qualified teacher, holding a PGCE as well as a History degree and MA Education, Teaching and Learning.
I focus on the needs of individual students by listening to them and developing a clear plan for progression. Lessons are personalised in order to ensure each student develops the specific skills they need to thrive academically.
Lessons are aimed at students studying at post-16, undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
