About the lesson

I'm a qualified teacher and completed my training with Cambridge University. I now specialise in literacy and reading support and work with students with various learning needs including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and Asperger's.

My teaching takes a multi-sensory approach to keep the student engaged in the lesson. Lessons are always broken down into manageable parts to support full learning and understanding.

Lessons are taught creatively to make them fun, interesting and helpful and they can cover exam revision, literacy skills (spelling, reading, grammar etc.), essay writing and creative writing. I also teach art and design including ceramics.

My literacy teaching covers the age ranges of Key Stage 2 up to Adult.
