About Tenaya
In the last couple of years, I have taken a break from instructing to pursue a personal training certificate and have since then worked at multiple gyms, and then most recently moved onto youth mentoring. I am looking forward to getting back into swim coaching and build new connections.

Upon meeting clients, I assess them to see their swimming capability, then gauge how hands on I will need to be from there. Lessons usually go between 25 minutes to an hour maximum, depending on the wants and needs of the client. I have 4 years of experience with a current qualification in swim teaching. My lessons are for anybody who is keen to gain some water experience in learning how to swim, water confidence, or water safety.
