About Alexandre
Hi !
I am Alexandre, a state-certified sports educator and nutrition coach.
I practice physical culture (bodybuilding) since I was 16 years old. Being in good shape is a way of life for me and it goes through a healthy lifestyle: physical activity, diet, sleep, stress, etc. I attach particular importance to sharing my passion for sport and my vision of a good "lifestyle" while combining pleasure and health.

Each proposed session is adapted according to the profile of the person (age, objectives, sports level, pathology, etc.).
