About Sarah
I am a friendly, approachable and extremely enthusiastic maths teacher. I have a proven track record of supporting pupils to reach thier full potential and be confident in doing so. I have various teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners and have an ability to create a comfortable teaching and learning relationship, enabling the pupils to enjoy their work.
I have experience with SEN, having supported pupils with Down’s syndrome, ADHD, ASD, severe anxiety, sensory processing and many more. I have completed various training programs regarding child behaviours and Teaching SEN and I have a very calm nature which enables me to connect with pupils easily, helping them to feel confident and able.
I absolutely love maths as a subject and enjoy working alongside my pupils and watching them thrive. I wish to pass on my enthusiasm for Maths to as many young people as possible because I feel it is very important to understand the concepts of maths to prepare for working life.
