I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics as well as a post graduate certificate in education concerning secondary mathematics. I have been teaching at a secondary school for ages 11-16 for the past year and look forward to engaging in new challenges.

I believe the best way to pass on knowledge is by discuss the problem and explore different ways of approaching it.
Mathematics is a hands-on subject and so requires the learner to engage and try different techniques. I also think using a person's strengths to approach a problem is an excellent way to help those who struggle with maths to find it more accessible.
