I am a qualified science teacher and former head of biology with over 17 years classroom teaching experience. I pride myself in exceptional subject knowledge and can explain content in a way that students can understand.
I listen carefully to what students want to achieve and support them to reach their targets.Being an experienced examiner I am expert in coaching students in exam technique.

I use a range of resources and techniques to engage learners of all ages and abilities. I have a friendly approach and aim to create a safe and comfortable space to develop confidence in knowledge and application of the subject content.
I use past paper questions to train students on exam technique and take time to model how to respond to different types of exam question.
