As a teacher and counselor, I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and interactive learning environment where students feel heard and understood. My approach is student-centered — I tailor my teaching methods to each individual’s needs, using a mix of discussion, real-life examples, role plays, and simple explanations to make complex concepts easy to grasp.
A typical class begins with a brief review of previous topics, followed by clear goal-setting for the session. I break the topic into small, manageable sections, encouraging questions and active participation throughout. We end with a short summary and practical takeaways that the student can apply in real life.
What makes me unique as a teacher is my empathetic, patient nature and my ability to simplify psychological concepts in a way that connects with students emotionally and intellectually. I also focus on building confidence and critical thinking, not just rote learning.
My classes are designed for school children, college students, and adults — whether you are preparing for exams, seeking personal growth, or simply curious to learn more about psychology and mental health.
