About Laura
I am an enthusiastic teacher currently on a career break but not wanting to come away from teaching altogether. Maths became exciting for me in year three because of a teacher who loved the subject. I aim to inspire students and make the subject enjoyable and not something to fear.
I live at home with my wife, 2 dogs and 3 cats. Outside of teaching, I enjoy musical theatre and rugby.

Lessons will be taught online using resources and a writing pad. A quick 5-10 minute warm up followed by a lesson concentrating on a particular area of maths. Next applying the skill to everyday life. Finally, a plenary to check how you’ve got on and what we could cover the following lesson.
