About Sarah
I have recently qualified as a Primary teacher and have experience teaching in both key stage 1 and key stage 2. I am particularly interested in English, especially, grammar and creative writing. I am an avid reader and have been keeping up to date with current children's books so I always have a good recommendation for a good read (just for pure enjoyment!)
- I can also help with phonics as well, particularly if you have a little one in year 1 preparing for the summer phonics screening

I love to be very practical and creative in my approaches to teaching, often using modelling, games and songs to help memorise tricky concepts. I always encourage a growth mindset- we all learn at our own pace what matters is that we try our very best!
