About Niki
Hello, I’m Niki, a qualified Pilates instructor trained with Polestar Pilates. I’m passionate about helping people build strength, improve posture and move with greater confidence through personalised, technique-led Pilates.
I've been teaching and studying Pilates for seven years. I work with beginners as well as those returning to movement after injury or looking to develop strength and mobility in a safe, supportive way.
As a mum myself, I understand the physical demands of pregnancy and motherhood and feel confident supporting pre and postnatal women to rebuild strength and move well during this stage of life.
I also have a strong interest in biomechanics and intelligent movement, and I continue to develop my knowledge to help clients move better and support their long-term movement health.

I have a real interest in biomechanics and intelligent movement. My sessions focus on helping clients build strength, improve posture and move with greater confidence through personalised, technique-led Pilates.
I teach both mat and reformer Pilates and work with beginners, those returning after injury, and anyone looking to develop strength and mobility in a safe, supportive environment.
My teaching style is calm, focused and tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on understanding how the body moves and building strength in a sustainable way.
