Sanele C Mtshali, Very well experience in personal training both international and national, have worked in all commercial gyms in south africa such as virgin active and planet fitness. I have done two comrades marathon busy preparing for this year one(2024) went from 97 kg to 75 kg and kept it off for over 10 years.
My goal is to teach and inspire Individuals to make lifestyle changes one day at a time.
