About Jeannette
My lived experience with an unhealthy relationship with food has led me to this point and is the reason for my passion to help others gain knowledge about the importance of nutrition. I have had experience hosting nutrition seminars and workshops with one-on-one, small and large groups, both online and in-person. I have also helped many on their health journey, specialising in mindful eating.

• Qualification: Bachelor of Food and Nutrition. Completed in 2021. Experience as a nutritionist and fitness coach.
• Lessons are 45 - 60 min in length.
• All ages from high school to tertiary level, or anyone looking to gain nutrition knowledge.
