My approach is personalised and science-based, focusing on your unique needs and goals. I believe in sustainable changes, so I work with you to create realistic and enjoyable plans that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
We will start with a 60-minute initial consultation which will include a thorough discussion of your health goals, dietary habits, and lifestyle. I’ll review your medical history, assess your current nutrition, and identify areas for improvement. I’ll then outline a tailored nutrition plan and set achievable short-term goals to get you started on your journey. This session is also a great opportunity to ask any questions and ensure we’re aligned on your path forward. Then a follow-up call where we’ll review your progress, tackle any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. We’ll also set achievable goals for the upcoming weeks.
My sessions are for anyone looking to improve their nutrition, whether you're an athlete aiming to enhance performance or someone seeking to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
