With 4 years of teaching experience with all abilities from ages 11-18, I have developed many techniques. I will first spend time assessing strengths and weaknesses before planning a scheme of work that is tailored to the student's needs. I will adapted this if needed. The main objective is to ensure progress and build confidence in Maths.
