About JULIETA

I am an experienced international Mathematics educator with over 18 years of teaching experience across IB Diploma Program (AI and AA), IB MYP, IGCSE, VCE, and other secondary mathematics curricula. Throughout my career, I have taught students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds, helping them develop confidence, critical thinking, and a genuine understanding of mathematics.

My passion for teaching comes from seeing students overcome challenges and realize their potential. I believe that every student can succeed in mathematics when provided with the right guidance, encouragement, and learning strategies. As a former Head of Mathematics Department, I have extensive experience supporting students of varying abilities, from those needing extra support to high-achieving learners aiming for top results.

During the pandemic, I successfully transitioned to online teaching and discovered how effective and engaging virtual learning can be when lessons are carefully designed around students' needs. I am now excited to continue helping students achieve their academic goals through personalized online mathematics instruction.

With over 19 years of experience teaching Mathematics in international schools, I specialize in IB Diploma Program (AI and AA), IB MYP, IGCSE, VCE, and other secondary mathematics curricula. During the pandemic, I successfully taught mathematics online, utilizing digital tools and interactive platforms to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Whether students need support with coursework, examination preparation, internal assessments, or enrichment, I provide structured guidance in a supportive and encouraging online learning environment.
