About Hope
I'm an educator and fitness trainer with a passion for helping children of all abilities grow stronger—physically, emotionally, and socially. With a background in teaching and a heart for inclusivity, I’ve designed fitness programs that are fun, accessible, and empowering for kids with special needs.
I believe that movement is a powerful tool for building confidence, coordination, and connection. Every session is filled with energy, encouragement, and care—where every child is celebrated for who they are and how they move.
My goal is simple: to create a safe, joyful space where kids feel capable, supported, and proud of every step they take.

My lessons are pretty much active. Improving body posture and balance. Jumping and walking for motor skills development and stretching to improve mobility and reduce stress. But thankfully there is also time for fun and games like making fitness feel like play.
