My name is Yelena and I have a passion for fitness. I am completely self taught and since noticing changes within myself I realised that I want to help others achieve the same if they are lacking in confidence, motivation, knowledge etc. I enjoy getting the best out of my clients and really pushing you so you yourself can notice your full potential!
