About Randolph
I have been doing private tutor lessons for children for more than 2 years now. I love the vibe and the playfulness of teaching kids. I am passionate about early childhood education; adore working with preschoolers; and deeply committed to providing quality, learner-centered instruction optimizing student success. For my main job, I am a human resource and health & safety professional with years of experience in both the corporate and public sectors. Having a mixture of both, expect that the class sessions would be both fun and professional at the same time.

I cater to children who wants to learn and improve their English skills. My teaching methodology is on a personal approach. The lessons would be tailored fit based on how I initially assessed the student. From there, I will create a personalized lesson plan on how the student will improve his/her current skills. Being a good listener, understanding the needs of the student, making the session fun and interactive are definitely a must.
