About Lizzie

I am a highly professional qualified humanities teacher. I teach all humanities subjects up to GCSE level with a specialism in history and religious studies. I have experience in teaching maths, English, verbal and non-verbal reasoning for primary school students, particularly in preparation for 11+ exams. I am experienced in supporting students with specific learning needs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD. As a qualified secondary school teacher I have knowledge and experience in teaching most UK exam boards, such as Edexcel, AQA, OCR and CIE.

About the lesson

I pride myself in being an approachable and engaging teacher. I am a humanities fanatic (particularly history) and I aim to bring my lessons to life by finding a teaching style that suits my students. I hold my students accountable and aim to not only teach my content well but help students to motivate themselves to strive for greatness.
