I'm Andrea Grünberg and I'm a passionate health manager and personal trainer. The topic of health and sport has been with me since my early childhood. I would like to convey the topic of sport and health to people scientifically and professionally and at the same time inspire them for the subject and enable them to implement and apply what they have learned themselves.
