About Federica

I started training 10 years ago. I was overweight, ashamed of my body with no confidence. My fitness journey completely transformed my life and made me proud of who I am today. The purpose of my work is supporting you to reach your goals and feel more confident and happy in your day to day life. My biggest achievements are my clients' achievements. Reading their messages and seeing how their bodies and attitude change is absolutely the biggest victory for me. Fitness brings us together, makes us strong, keeps us energised and clear our mind. We don't train only for a beautiful body, we train for: Longevity Strength Bone Density Improve our life Calm our emotions Mental Health Contact me to start working out with me.

I empower women to become the greatest, strongest and fittest version of themselves. Every student is different and has different needs and goals to reach. I use my knowledge to create a tailored plan, correct your form and support you during your journey. In the past, for too long women were limited to HIIT and cardio sessions, leaving women without any knowledge on how to lift weights, become stronger and transform their bodies. Thanks to strength training, you will be able to transform completely your body and life. Instead of just burning some calories, you will lose fat and build muscles..so that you can shape your body, have that "toned up" look and be stronger without becoming bulky but instead building a very feminine look. My approach helps you to reach your goals and maintain the results in the long term.     I started training 10 years ago. I was overweight, ashamed of my body with no confidence. My fitness journey completely transform my life and made me proud of who I am
  • 2) What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    I love resistance training. It teaches discipline, shape your body and build strength,
  • 3) What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    My passion is helping women to be the best version of themselves. It is not only a job but my purpose. Building a community of strong and confident women.
  • 4) Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    My biggest achievements are my clients' achievements.
    Reading their messages and seeing how their bodies and attitude change is absolutely the biggest victory for me.
  • 5) How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    My job taught me empathy, discipline, patience and being able to manage my mental health.

    I would choose Simone Biles and ask her about her inspirations

    Motivation comes and goes. I teach people to stay disciplined and focused.
