About Jolandie
Hi! I’m a passionate and caring English tutor who genuinely loves working with children and helping them discover their confidence in learning. I have a diploma in Child Development Delays, which has given me a deeper understanding of how children develop, learn, communicate, and overcome challenges.
I chose to teach because I believe every child deserves someone who is patient, encouraging, and willing to meet them where they are. I love seeing that moment when something finally “clicks” for a learner and watching their confidence grow. My goal is not only to improve English skills, but also to make every learner feel capable, understood, and proud of their progress.

My lessons are more than just learning English — they are about building confidence, discovering each learner’s strengths, and making progress enjoyable. I create personalised, engaging lessons based on each student’s individual learning style and needs. With my Child Development Delays diploma, I have additional knowledge of developmental and learning challenges, allowing me to be patient, adaptable, and supportive. I want every learner to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and growing at their own pace. My goal is to make every lesson meaningful, encouraging, and something students look forward to.
