About Kailene
I am a qualified Foundation Phase educator who has worked as an assistant teacher whilst studying for 4 and a half years. During that time, I planned and taught lessons, marked tests, created my own worksheets, tests and homework sheets. I taught English in China for 6 months. During that time I planned and taught lessons.

I usually teach groups of learners. My teaching methods are more or less the same in each group depending on the abilities of the learners. I prefer to teach in small groups to ensure that all learners understand the concept and I give each learner an example to complete to ensure that the learner understands the lesson.
