  I have been interested in the field of well-being for the past 14 years, and I have been practicing since then.

  I can help people grow their businesses and improve their mental and physical health.

• 3) Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?

  One of the most important things to do to feel good in body and mind is to eat healthy food. Many people are trying to improve their mental health without taking care of their bodies. The people in the Roman Empire were saying: Mens sana in corpore sano. This means that if you have a healthy body, you will also have a healthy mind.

• 4) How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

  I am systematically helping my students solve the problems of their lives one by one. I listen a lot, and I give them the best solution.

• 5) With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

  Every problem has a solution, but most of the time we don't know it at the moment. This is why sometimes we need some help from others. And this is how I help people. I use my experience to give my students the best advice.

• 6) Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

  Yes, I have many people who have inspired me, and I will ask my students to follow them and read their books.

• 7) How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

  One of the ways I relax is by taking a walk in nature or going on short trips to the mountains.

  One of my students was very depressed, and he was at the rock bottom of his life. I have been taking lessons with him for the past 5 years. Now he is married to an amazing woman, and he is a multimillionaire. He doesn't need coaching lessons anymore, but he is still doing them because he says that helps him keep his motivation up.
