About Ahmad
I'm a Qualified Accountant with over 7 years of work experience in corporate sector and currently working in Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors, Glasgow.
I have adopted part time teaching as my hobby since college days. Although I have taught multiple subjects over number of years up to high school level, my speciality is in Mathematics, Physics and of-course Accounting, Business and Finance subjects. Most of my teaching experience consists of in person home tutoring. I have had students who studied with me throughout 3 years of their high school. In addition, I have taught few full courses of Accounting in private college in Pakistan which equates to A-Level in UK. I have taught accounting to a number of A-Level and under graduation students and also have experience of teaching some ACCA subjects over multiple exam sessions

If my subordinates and juniors from my work life were to say one thing about me, they would say I'm a good teacher. Qualification and Knowledge is necessary for teaching but along with that a good teacher knows the art of teaching. A good teacher understands the student's way of thinking, his/her point of view and understanding level and then based on that he/she formulates an easy flow of information which enables the student to understand and digest the concepts. My teaching ideology is, don't just teach the student what to do and how to do it, but enable the student to understand 'why' we are doing it, the ultimate goal and objective of performing or learning a certain task. My methods of teaching are formulated to make difficult concepts easier to understand. As I have taught different age groups of students (12 to 22 years) I can understand and differentiate learning needs for students of different age groups. For Accounting and Finance related subjects, I bring in 7 years of actual work life experience which I transfer to my students giving them a broader and practical view of the bookish knowledge.
With respect to the specific subjects and learning objectives (e.g. learning a specific topic, preparing for exam, crash course or routine tutoring), we can formulate a detailed study plan suitable as per student's needs and timetable which will lay out the sections/parts of course/topic to be completed and number of hours required along with any additional time required for assignments and tests. I am available on weekends at any time for online or in-person sessions as convenient for the student. On weekdays, I'm available for 2 hours after 7pm
