About Jessica
I love languages - although I haven’t always found them easy - and hugely enjoy sharing this passion with my learners. I have always enjoyed getting to know all of my students and seeing them achieve their potential; I chose to become a teacher to work closely with people and help them succeed during a significant part of their lives while sharing a subject that I love! As well as being a teacher I am a mum to two children, and I love exploring France with them!

I am approachable and motivating, and seek above all else to form positive relationships with my learners to help them achieve their best possible outcomes. I have taught in five different secondary schools since 2009, including private and state schools, and have been Head of Department in three of those schools. I have an excellent level of French, having gained a First Class degree and taught up to A Level (including students who attained top grades) during my career. My teaching style is motivating and varied; I ensure you are best prepared for any exams you are taking but are also inspired to enjoy your learning along the way! As well as tutoring for formal exam preparation, I am very happy to conduct more informal speaking/vocabulary/general conversation sessions and have a great level of fluency.
