About Heather
Hi, my name is Heather Masterson. I am a Performance Nutritionist with a passion for helping people to feel better and improve their performance.
Everyone is on their own journey with nutrition, and I believe understanding and enjoyment are key to making that journey a successful one.
That is where we come in!
The science of sports nutrition can be overwhelming and confusion, that is why I am here to support you in understanding that science so that you too can support clients and athletes to improve their health and performance.
I am a patient and welcoming person. If you would like support in achieving the grades you are aiming for or just want to develop your understanding of sports nutrition, I am here to help!
