About Damian
I am a Qualified Teacher and Cognitive Behavioural Coach. I specialize in helping underachieving students reach their potential and improve their confidence. I work with students to create action plans and goal setting in order to allow students to reach their full potential. I am particularly skilled in working students who are struggling or disengaged from the learning process.
I have many years experience working with students with SEN needs.
I hold a Cognitive Behavioural Coaching Certificate, Level 4 Certificate in Mindfulness and Compassion and a PGCE in Secondary English
