My kids don't know what a ready meal is. We cook what's in season and eat fresh. Food should be cooked with love. I'll teach you how to add the love. If you want to learn one dish or want to plan a banquet for 400 people, I can teach you the skills. Level 4 qualified chef with 30 years experience as a personal chef.

Think ready steady cook. If its cheap and in season I will teach you how to turn it into a cheap meal. Food should be simple and tasty. I've cooked all over the world for everyone from farm workers to royalty and everyone likes a toastie! Food sees no barriers. If you want to learn to cook great bbq, I learnt in America.
