About Gayatri
I recently completed my Master's in Computer Science (AI specialization) at DePaul University, graduating with a 3.7 GPA. Before that, I earned a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communication Engineering and spent time teaching Mathematics and Physics, so teaching isn't new to me, it's something I've done for years across different subjects and age groups.
During my Master's, I worked as a graduate teaching assistant, grading and supporting students through core computer science courses, which means I've seen firsthand where students typically struggle and how to explain things clearly. I've also worked as a software engineer building real production applications (React, JavaScript, Firebase), so what I teach isn't just theory, it's grounded in how these skills are actually used.
I'm patient, direct, and organized. I'll never leave you confused and move on, if something isn't clicking, we slow down until it does.

I teach the way I wish I'd been taught: concept first, then code, then repetition until it sticks. As a former graduate teaching assistant at DePaul University (MS in Computer Science), I've graded and supported students through real coursework, so I know exactly where beginners get stuck.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of what's still shaky, then a hands-on problem we solve together, then a short exercise you do on your own while I watch and correct in real time. I don't just show you the answer .I make you write the code.
What sets me apart is that I actively build software for a living (React, Firebase) alongside teaching, so I can connect fundamentals to how things actually get used in real projects, not just textbook examples.
These lessons are for complete beginners through early-intermediate students who want a solid foundation in Python, HTML/CSS, and programming logic whether you're prepping for a class, switching careers, or just starting out.
