About Helio

It has always been my dream to pursue my medical residency in the United States, even when everything you see and hear about the process is that it's nearly impossible. It's undeniable that it requires a lot of effort and many times it can make you feel frustrated, but I have noticed that as long as you commit to the process, it will pay off. I'm still committed to my process, my dream is intact and now I can feel I can see the finish line on the horizon; but at first I had the same fears and concerns many of you may have. I can totally relate to every bad feeling that may arise, and will never judge it, but help you cope with it. I want to strengthen your knowledge, but also your mentality. We are going to cross the finish line, and we are going to do it together!

About the lesson

USMLE exams can be challenging, exhausting and at some point the process might mess up mental health and self-esteem. These exams don't only address knowledge, but also stamina and mental fortitude. I can help you understand topics from their foundation, and hence making it easier to answer questions, not relying exclusively on memory, but elaborating strategies to give the correct approach to every question. I can share with you the strategies that worked for me, and offer you guidance and support through your whole process so you can have a 'Pass' in a short period of time. Also, I can help you to find rotations and United States Clinical Experience, which is necessary in the further process before applying to the Match.
