Psychology plays an important role in our life. Understanding our self is very important to make personal decisions. Giving importance to own mental health is very important. Understanding emotions and prioritising them is important. Mental health plays a major role in physical health as well.

About the lesson

I will be helping students in understanding the subject and try to make them understand the importance of mental health in daily life, also be focussing on different fields where psychology is used. Classes will be interactive and regular test will be conducted.
