About Aska

I have been self-publishing for 7 years now and live from my writing, but I'd like to share my knowledge and experience with others.

Presently, novels and stories are my main expression of creativity, but I also write poetry, draw, paint, do paper sculptures and different DIY projects.

I am currently learning to sing and dance, two new areas for me. For the artistic mind, the key is flexibility and growth, and the more we explore the world, the more we learn about ourselves.

About the lesson

For creativity-related subjects (not just art, but also scientific invention) 1-2-1 lessons are a perfect fit since every person has unique instincts, talents and goals.

First of all, I ask my students to babble and tell me what they love to do and what they dream to do (it's important to think big, even if we end up doing something small). After that, we set goals together or simply make a list of things they'd like to explore and try to make long or short term plans. Sometimes all people need is an hour or two where by being with me, they fulfill a promise to themselves to give their art time, sometimes they want to improve certain areas. It can be for fun or for professional reasons, such as freelancing or publishing.
