About Katie
I received my ESL Instructor Certification from the TEFL Academy in 2019. For years before that, I tutored students, wrote articles, ads, and newsletters for companies. I also edited resumés (CVs) for professionals.
5 years ago, I earned my TEFL Certificate and began teaching private and group ESL classes (in person and online) in Montreal through 3 different language schools (Lingo, ATPAL, and CLC).
I continue to teach part time for 2 of these language schools. They have very different teaching methodologies and I have adapted to both. This has made me a very flexible and adaptable teacher.
When I'm not teaching English, I'm busy teaching yoga, training yoga teachers, and reading Tarot cards professionally. Communication is a big part of everything I do!
