My classes are designed for anyone who would like to work in the health research area in the future, including undergraduates, master’s students, and early‑career researchers in the health sciences who plan to conduct and publish their own studies.
I take a student‑centered, inquiry‑driven approach to tutoring, beginning each session by diagnosing the specific statistical challenges they’re encountering—whether it’s mastering a new method, interpreting model outputs, or spotting flaws in their manuscript—then guiding them through step‑by‑step demonstrations in R or Python until the concept clicks. Lessons run for 60–90 minutes, long enough to cover theory, hands‑on exercises, and targeted feedback on their writing.
