About Jenna
My background is in Psychology in which I completed a joint honours Psychology degree with counselling which has given me a strong understanding of how people learn and different techniques of communication. I have previously completed A-Levels in English, Media and History also. I am patient, encouraging and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed. I particularly enjoy helping learners approach problems from different perspectives, making difficult concepts more accessible and easier to understand. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to develop confidence, resilience and a genuine belief in their own abilities. Professional, reliable and approachable, I strive to ensure every session is engaging, productive and tailored to the student's goals.

I find it best to cater to the individual working on building up their strengths applying approaches they understand to then help build their weaker areas! I have experience tutoring Maths and English in the past and lots of learning resources at home and online to help with higher level Psychology. I will run 1 hour sessions which is the optimal amount of time to maintain focus and allow the student to retain the important knowledge from the session. I can cater to all ages up to 18 years old but I am best equipped to help those at GCSE and below for all subjects bar Psychology.
