About Liz
Hello all! I'm a psychology honours student heading towards the goal of becoming a clinical psychologist.
I am an ex-flight attendant, ESL/Kumon tutor, barmaid ... you name it I've had a go.
I recently completed my Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Swinburne University of Technology, gaining a 7 point GPA. I am currently studying honours 4th year with Deakin University, and in doing so learning a whole new set of skills!
Strengths which I would aim to pass on to students are clear and efficient writing, the ability to make independent study decisions and the ability to intuitively choose assignment topics in which it is possible to maximise a grade (e.g. a reasonable amount of literature on the topic is available that also aligns with individual interests). I believe that students who possess these skills can attain good grades and hopefully enjoy the study process.
I am patient, approachable and a good communicator. I will persist until a student properly understands the necessary concepts and what is required from assignments.

I can proofread, explain concepts, help students understand what is expected and required from assignments, and create individual lessons if students are interested in a particular topic.
I am open to adjust lessons to suit individual needs. Tutoring sessions will be individualised with no set length or amount of sessions required.
My tutoring is aimed at psychology undergraduate level and below. I have many of the most common psychology undergraduate textbooks available for reference.
