About Giuliana
I am a Psychology student who has a passion for learning and teaching others. English is one of my favourite subjects and I received a distinction for it in matric as well as 3 other distinctions in History, Business Studies and Life Oreintation. I am so passionate about providing others with the tools I wish I had been provided with in school, therefore I would love the opportunity to teach you and help you reach your goals. I will always go above and beyond for my students, I go the extra mile because I not only want to provide you with the necessary skills to succeed but also with life lessons, fresh perspectives and tips and tricks to help you throughout your schooling and academic years. I want to help you enjoy what it is you’re learning as knowledge is power.

My lessons will not only provide you with the tools to acquire fantastic marks but will also teach you the importance of English in the classroom setting and in reality. I will provide you with skills for exams, certain portfolio tasks and can give a clear indication as to what examinations boards such as IEB are looking for when it comes to achieving top marks. I will provide you with study guides and personalized study notes for a small fee. My lessons will allow you to gain perspective, historical context and I will also challenge your debate and discussions skills. You’ll delve deeper into what you’re actually studying and its purpose instead of simply regurgitating information. I am a firm believer that when you understand what it is you’re learning and its purpose it makes all the more enjoyable. English is supposed to spark creativity, and allow for individual expression. Therefore I will go above and beyond just teaching. I will prove to you are a top English student and that you too can enjoy English like so many others.

Willing to travel up to 10km outside of Stellenbosch if in person lessons are what the student requires, however a travel feel will be added onto the hourly rate.
