About Elise
I'm a Master's psychology student with experience with personal development and making personal goals come true in every area of life. I'm very excited to help people make goals, become more self-aware, and see genuine progress in their lives. Personal development can seem to be overwhelming or impossible, but when you've got someone to walk with you, it gets a lot easier.

My method is to begin with self-discovery, learning more about yourself, so that you can understand what holds you back and what you have within you that helps achieve your development goals. After that, we learn about goal setting, before spending the rest of our time together working on those goals. We will address issues or obstacles that arise to keep your development progressing and we will celebrate each and every victory.
