I base my classes on the way a student learns and absorbs information. Once your learning style has been figured out, teaching becomes easier in forming appropriate lesson plans and activities based on the learners learning style. One of the core principles of teaching revolves around how a Student learning style revolves around the learning process and it is my Job to motivate the student to learn in the particular way he/she can absorb the most knowledge.
