About Andresa

Hello! I'm Andresa, a Psychology graduate with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Social Psychology, as well as professional experience as a Learning Support Assistant. In my role, I work closely with young people, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

I am passionate about making learning accessible, engaging and enjoyable. I understand that every student is unique, which is why I take the time to adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs and learning preferences.

Whether you're looking for support in Psychology, English, Maths or French, I will provide patient, encouraging guidance in a positive and supportive environment. My aim is not only to help students improve their understanding and grades but also to develop their confidence and independence as learners.

I pride myself on being approachable, reliable and committed to helping every student reach their full potential. I look forward to supporting you on your learning journey!

About the lesson

I believe every Psychology student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to your goals, strengths and learning style. Whether you're studying GCSE, A-Level or university-level Psychology, my aim is to create a supportive environment where you can build confidence, deepen your understanding and develop effective study strategies.

Lessons will be interactive and focused on your needs, covering topics such as exam preparation, essay writing, critical evaluation, research methods, statistics and academic skills. We can work through exam-style questions, strengthen AO1 and AO3 responses, revise key theories and studies, and develop techniques to maximise marks.

I can also offer support with university coursework, dissertations and thesis proofreading, providing constructive feedback on structure, clarity, critical analysis, APA referencing and academic writing.

I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Social Psychology, alongside experience supporting young people as a Learning Support Assistant. I have worked with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and adapt my teaching to ensure every learner feels supported and able to succeed.

Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are suitable for GCSE, A-Level, undergraduate and postgraduate Psychology students. Whether you're aiming for higher grades, preparing for exams or completing your dissertation, I'm here to help you achieve your goals with confidence.
