Along with being very passionate about the psychology, kinesiology, and teaching fields, I attempt to leave my students with a lasting sense of confidence and self-efficacy for future endeavours. I try to keep things light and fun while simultaneously keeping things professional and on-task.

The basis of any good lesson plan is to first assess your short- and long-term goals together. As a counselor, I am very passionate about implementing a process that works for both of us! I have experience tutoring psychology at the undergraduate level (1st to 4th year) but have no problem adapting my teaching strategies to fit lower level courses as well.
