I am a dedicated educator, researcher, and coach with a passion for helping individuals grow intellectually and emotionally. With a strong background in psychology, philosophy, and transpersonal studies, I specialise in fostering critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and deeper understanding in my students and clients. Currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Transpersonal Psychology, my research focuses on enhancing therapeutic outcomes through the development of emotional, spiritual, and critical intelligence in therapists. Whether I’m teaching, or coaching, I aim to inspire meaningful connections and transformative learning experiences. I use evidence-based techniques, including reflective practice and concept mapping, to foster intellectual curiosity and practical application of knowledge. Lessons are designed to build confidence, critical thinking, and clarity in complex topics. Length: 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs. Format: Online Materials: Custom resources, study guides, and exam preparation tools are provided. Currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Transpersonal Psychology.
